Eddy Farm Conservation Easement

Protected in 2005 with a $2.7 million easement, this land has been in continuous farming operation since the early 1700s. The easement permanently protects the land from development while the farm continues to grow corn, strawberries, hay, and fruit. Represents Newington's enduring agricultural heritage.
