Named for Martin Kellogg II (1686-1753), a survivor of the Deerfield Massacre of 1704 who was captured at age 18, marched to Montreal, and lived among Iroquois captors. After his release, he settled in Newington with plans to build a school for Native American boys. Serves grades 5-8 with approximately 567 students. Principal: Jason Lambert.
